Who else feels this way?

I agree with you for the most part, but I don't agree with the "Commit a crime while on drugs, mandatory double sentence. Sell to a minor, mandatory ten years." part. A crime isn't twice as bad just because the offender was under the influence of drugs. If you're going to increase sentencing for offenders who are on pot, then it would only be logical to do the same for offenders who are drunk, which would be an absurd idea. As for the selling to minors part, I agree it should be illegal, but a mandatory 10 years in prison for an 18 year old who sells a little weed to his/her 17 year old friend is a bit harsh.
