Are these pimples on my vagina? or what?

So I have pimples or something on my vagina. They pop and everything and white puss comes out then they go away. I have no idea what they are and I am terrified it's an STD or something. They come when I shave I think. So maybe it's an ingrown hair? But i have no symptoms besides the bumps. So please help. It looks just like a white head on your face, but it's not..
