What should i aim IAS or MDS?

i'm a BDS graduate,from kolkata.i'm 26 yrs old.i've passion for IAS,tried IAS 2010 and couldn't clear even prelims.now i'm in a dilemma if i should go for MDS or go to Delhi and prepare for IAS.plz help me.
