Top B.Sc Physics colleges in north India?

I have done 10+2 with non-medical. I want to do IAS. For this, I am thinking of doing B.Sc in physics and preparing my self for IAS parallely. Can any one please suggest am i right or there are more better options. And please do tell me what are the good B.Sc physics colleges in north India. Thanks in advance...
