Im terrified of getting dry socket, i just had a tooth extracted PLEASE HELP ME?

well when i swallow i feel like im sucking a little naturally. not directly on the extraction. but it feels like a tiny suction from the hole. im so scared idk how else to swallow. im following all the directions. is the swallow/sucking a normal thing? or will i get dry socket from this?
